Do my customers need an account to book?
No. Customers book on your public booking page with just their name, contact details, vehicle and address. They get a secure link to view or cancel their booking.
Can I set my own prices and currency?
Yes. Every business sets its own services, prices, vehicle-size and condition adjustments, add-ons, travel fee, tax rate and currency. Nothing is hard-coded.
How does DetailHub prevent double-bookings?
Availability is calculated from your opening hours, technician schedules, existing bookings, service duration and buffer time. The final check runs on the server inside a locked database transaction, so two customers can’t grab the same slot.
Can I take card payments online?
Yes, where Stripe supports your country. Connect your own Stripe account and customers can pay deposits or invoices online. You can always record cash and bank transfers manually.
What happens when my trial ends?
Choose a plan to continue. If you don’t, your data stays safe and your workspace becomes read-only until you subscribe.
Is my business data kept separate?
